Who we are
Caine Therapy & Consulting is named in honor of Brooke's grandparents, James Luther and Blanche Darnell Glover Caine, who were farmers in Tarboro, North Carolina. Their legacy of preparation, planting, growing, and harvesting lives on through the work you and Brooke will do together.
Brooke O’Neal is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate.
She has a deep passion for helping preteens and adults learn emotional regulation skills, and her joy is supporting you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery. Life can be challenging, but you do not have to face it alone. Brooke’s goal is to provide a safe space for growth and healing.
She earned her Clinical Mental Health Counseling degree from North Carolina Central University, building on a background that includes a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Meredith College and a Master’s in Trust & Wealth Management from Campbell University. She is a certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor through the National Council for Mental Wellbeing.
As a proud native North Carolinian, “y’all” is a staple in her vocabulary! Outside of the therapy room, you will find Brooke spending time with her extended family, planning girls’ trips with friends, cooking, and indulging in murder mysteries.
Creating a safe, welcoming space for healing is Brooke’s passion.
