  • We do understand that scheduling adjustments are necessary at times. As a courtesy, we will grant one “no charge” late cancellation before the aforementioned policy goes into effect. We have made a time commitment exclusively for you, please make every effort to be present.

    We ask that you provide at least a 24-hour notice for appointment rescheduling and cancellations.

    We will reschedule your consultation once.

    As an existing client, if you happen to miss your weekly appointment, please plan to attend your next scheduled session. If you need to permanently change your recurring appointment time, reach out to us via email or text to make arrangements.

    Your second “no show, no notice” will result in a full-fee charge. This amount is equal to your per session rate. For example, if your full-fee is $250, the full-fee charge for a late cancellation would be $250.

  • No. At this time we only accept electronic payments. These include Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Flexible Spending, and Health Savings Accounts. We ask that you have a form of payment on file.

    We provide super bills upon request.

  • The session fee is $125.

  • Before your first appointment, you will be sent an invitation to access your client portal via SimplePractice. Please ensure that all documentation is completed prior to your first visit with us. Please reach out if you need support completing the intake forms and requested documentation.

  • Because we do not accept insurance a diagnosis is not required. However, a diagnosis can be provided upon request.

  • The length of treatment depends primarily on your individual goals. If you’re looking for a shorter, solution-oriented approach, you might start seeing progress within 4-8 weeks. Even after the first session, you’ll likely begin learning and practicing new skills.

  • Yes, with a court ordered subpoena signed by a judge, we will make court appearances and provide testimony under subpoena at the rate of $300 per day, in addition to the cost of lodging. This fee covers but is not limited to, time spent preparing documents, reviewing case notes, attending court, and any related travel.
